Reclaim Operator 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 310 Hartmann Drive, Lebanon, TN 37087 Job Summary This position is responsible for operating the plant’s recycle line, railcar resin unloading system, silo resin filling system, taking various plant material inventories, properly filling out paperwork, following production schedules, set-up instructions, operating procedures, and quality specifications, etc. This position has multiple levels with advancement based on demonstrated operator knowledge and ability/department developed criteria. Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

• Understand and follow safety procedures/policies
• Operate reclaim machines in accordance with standard operating procedures, quality procedures, and training to meet or exceed productivity requirements
• Shall ensure the reclaim line runs continuously throughout the shift by ensuring personnel stagger their breaks/lunches and other duties as required
• Operates the railcar resin unloading and silo resin loading system as directed
• Takes weekly inventory of designated items as directed
• Takes monthly inventory of designated items as directed
• Takes daily inventory of railcar resin levels as directed
• Takes daily inventory of silo resin levels as directed
• Follow direction and work in a safe manner following all company policies and procedures
• Properly fill out daily production paperwork including production and downtime
• Assist in other areas of the facility when necessary
• Required to keep entire area in a clean and organized fashion
• Assist in plant cleanup where and when necessary to include moving rolls and loading scrap
• Perform quality checks of material being produced and complete related documentation; monitor materials to ensure those contaminated by foreign materials do not enter reclaim machines
• Monitors reclaim machines constantly to ensure dough ball (polyfill) does not form and cause downtime
• Diagnose and complete minor PMs and repairs
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Operate forklift as needed
• Complete all other duties as assigned Candidate Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work 12-hour day when requirements/schedule require
• Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
• Demonstrated mechanical/analytical ability preferred
• Basic computer and math skills
• Forklift certification (will train)
