Weekend Machine Operator
Fairfax, VT
Description
Machine Operators Needed in Fairfax, VT
Mon – Thurs 6am – 4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
Reads and interprets Mix Ticket to determine ingredients needed
Weighs all ingredients needed in order to mix accurately
Coordinates with Warehouse to return ingredients
Disassembles and cleans the equipment when the schedule requires according to HACCP standards
Coordinates with the Quality Control Department regarding necessary quality checks during processes
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a similar position
High School Diploma
Knowledge of food hygiene standards (HACCP)
Knowledge of good food practices in manufacturing
