$21.28/hr•1 opening (Higher pay negotiable for more experienced candidates) This role involves assembling and packaging medical products in a cleanroom environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a highly regulated setting. Training will be provided on equipment and cleanroom protocols. Job Description Work in a cleanroom environment following strict hygiene and safety protocols Operate cleanroom equipment safely and efficiently (training provided) Follow daily work orders and instructions from leads and supervisors Perform tasks such as: Filling machine hoppers with materials Removing and inspecting finished parts from machines Using measuring equipment for quality checks Cleaning small parts manually Packaging final products Alternate between sitting and standing throughout the shift Lift up to 25 lbs (assistance provided for heavier tasks) Required Skills Reliability and punctuality High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read and follow written work orders Legible and accurate completion of documentation Cleanroom Protocols No personal items (phones, keys, wallets) in cleanroom — lockers provided No loose jewelry or dangling accessories No eating, gum, or scented products No exposed skin (except face) — lab coats, gloves, hair/beard nets provided Long pants or leggings required (no shorts) Excellent personal hygiene required at all times Benefits (employee contribution): Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
