Job Description
Medical Kit Assembly Specialist Binders Inc. 1019 Porter Street, High Point, NC 27263 We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Kit Assembly Technician to join our growing medical kitting team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assembling a variety of medical testing kits according to strict quality and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to follow written instructions and a commitment to working efficiently in a clean, organized, air-conditioned workspace to ensure the accuracy and reliability of diagnostic kits. Training is provided. Key responsibilities include assemble of diverse medical testing kits; ensuring accurate inclusion of all components (e.g., swabs, collection tubes, reagents, instructions, labels, packaging); Inspect and verify kit components (e.g., vials, swabs, reagents, instructions) for accuracy; Perform quality checks to ensure kit contents are complete, correctly assembled and are free from defects or contamination; and monitor and restock component inventory, reporting shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor. The ideal candidate will also maintain accurate records of assembled kits, batch numbers, and quality control checks in compliance with company and regulatory requirements; work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals, deadlines and ensure consistent workflow; document batch numbers, lot codes, and assembly data as required for quality control and traceability; and follow all safety protocols and comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Qualifications Experience in packaging and manufacturing processes a plus Familiarity with assembly techniques for medical testing kits a plus Previous experience in a warehouse environment and forklift operation High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in kitting, packaging, or light manufacturing preferred (medical o regulated industry a plus). Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety.

$14.50 – $15.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
