$27.5K – $33.3K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Entry level Full Job Description Remove mold and ensure both sides are cleaned Clean MAG plate on both sides Assist in the development and execution of the plan for the Mold and Color Changes working with the team leaders and assigned leaders for the area Sets up machines (assembly equipment) associated with mold including changing the RJG to new mold that has been set. Maintains a clean and safe mold storage area Maintains all mold change equipment Reports damaged equipment to the Production Supervisor/Technical Manager Uses a crane in a safe manner to change molds Wears proper protective equipment as required Complete Mold Change Checklist Ensure the pit is cleaned out and all previous parts are tagged and removed Maintains Gaylord and hopper levels Ensures that all material gaylords are covered Ensures all material is properly labeled Ensures that material is stored in the correct area Empties and cleans grinders/blenders Ensure that all accidents including first aid cases are reported All employees are to follow the safety guidelines established by this facility.
