Second Shift Quick Mill Operator 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Birmingham, AL 35214 This will be a full-time position on second shift, including shift differential. Looking for a dedicated, reliable, hardworking individual, to join our team. Must have 2 years’ experience working in a steel service center. Overhead crane experience is a plus. Must have 1 year of vertical machining/ Quick mill experience. Broad knowledge of raw materials, production processes, cost, inventory and quality management, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing and distribution of goods required. Broad knowledge of company product(s) and their uses required. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Ability to make sound decisions based on a combination of factors including analysis, knowledge and experience, and judgment required.
