Pellet Mill Operator Full-time, Permanent On-site Location:

In this role, you will be responsible for providingclean up support and assistance as needed throughout the plant.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will stay active in thisrole helping our production teams to reach targets, whilemaintaining a high standard of safety.

The core responsibilitiesand duties include:

Constantly reviews the operation of pelletmills, hammer mills and related equipment to monitorproduction/quality, anticipating and solving problems in a timelymanner and identifying opportunities for improvement Followsstandard operating instructions/procedures in the performance ofall operator areas including start-up, shutdown and normaloperations Ensure standards of safety and housekeeping aremaintained Perform basic maintenance to keep equipment in clean,good working order Commitment to work safely and consistentlydemonstrate safe behaviors & attitude Ability to solve problemssafely, logically, quickly and confidently To work flexibly withintheir competence and provide effective communications within andexternal to their business unit Complete logs and records wherenecessary to record plant checks, etc. Covers other positions asnecessary to meet the needs of the business Willingness to workflexible hours including unscheduled overtime, weekends andholidays Operate equipment to start, stop, or regulate systemsInspect equipment, recording or reporting damage and mechanicalproblems Record or report operational data such as readings onmeters, instruments, and gauges Ability to perform repetitive &physically demanding tasks for extended periods (lifting, walking,working at heights, climbing, pushing, twisting, stooping) Abilityto understand risk and follow detailed JRA/TRAs to avoid work sitehazards Who you are?
