Full Job Description Education and Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ plastics injection molding tooling experience (layout and build) Computer literate / CAD literate Qualified on all tool room equipment Excellent mechanical aptitude Good math skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Safe operation of manual milling machines and lathes Programming, set-up and operation CNC milling machines, CNC WEDM machines (Charmilles), CNC Die sinking EDM machines, Manual EDM machines, saws, surface grinders Interpret customer-supplied parts, drawings, and computer files Mold layout, including materials, gates, vents, parting lines, overall size, shrinkage, heat transfer Fabricate high-quality injection molds
