Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in a molding environment Certification in Molding Processing (e.g., RJG Master Molder I or equivalent) Hands-on experience with: Mold press maintenance Hydraulic and servo-controlled systems Mold temperature controllers Material feed systems (silo to hopper) Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
