• Pay Rate:

  $34.99/hr plus $2.20 for shift differential = $37.19/hr

• Effective 12/8/25 rate will move up to $36.03 plus $2.20 for shift diff = $38.23/hr

• Hours:

• Minimal supervisor oversight – trusted to do your job What’s a typical day as a Production Mechanic? You’ll be:
• Assisting with preventive and corrective maintenance on mold machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Conduct start-up and shut down procedures
• Performing in-press mold cleaning and conducting mold installation and removal.
• Troubleshooting the molding process and all equipment to ensure production requirements are met.
• Perform quality inspections on all molded components according to ISO work instructions
• Complete ISO documentation per work instructions This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a strong understanding of the molding process and the ability to troubleshoot equipment, molds, and materials (preferred)
• Possess at least five (5) years of trade experience in a manufacturing environment, with a Vocational Technical School graduate or Trade/Military equivalent.
• Are physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing work at elevations up to 20 ft.
• Able to operate crane, pallet jack and forklift What happens next?
