Job Description
Kelly Services is seeking a Test Operator, based at a dynamic electronics manufacturing company in West Melbourne, Florida Temp to Hire Pay DOE – $18-$20 Schedule- 2nd shift, 3:30pm to 11:30pm The Test Operator I is responsible for testing product using specific test fixtures and tools. Reports to the Production Supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform inspection, product specific test set-up and operation. Follow product specific test procedures. Data enter test results in the quality system, interpret test diagnostics, label and route product to the next level in the process. Identify and report defective components. Assemble and/or program circuit board assemblies as required. Responsible for the accuracy of work-in process associated with work cell. Responsible for the cleanliness of work area and surrounding workspace. Participate in Quality team meetings, as required. Understand and follow all applicable ISO and job specific procedures. Maintain ESD integrity within production environment May train other employees. Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent education. 1+ years of experience in electronics, specifically in a test environment preferred. Knowledge of PCB assembly, product assembly processes, component value identification and other component nomenclature. Capable of performing job function utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions and visual aids. Basic computer skills, problem solving and workstation skills. Ability to operate in a multi-tasking, highly dynamic teamwork environment. Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary. Knowledge of ISO9001. Speak, read and write basic English comprehension
