Position Overview:

We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Mold Remediation Technician to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is able to provide exceptional customer service throughout the remediation process along with being hands-on, reliable, and professional, with strong communication skills and the ability to follow and maintain company safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mold remediation in residential and commercial properties Set-up containments along with air filtration devices to prevent cross contamination Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Follow mold assessment protocols and instructions Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers Ensure all safety guidelines are followed during remediation

Requirements:

Proficient with hand and power tools Strong leadership skills Be able to climb a ladder/scaffolding Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from the office Ability to speak and understand English. Spanish speaking a plus Punctual and dependable Comfortable interacting with clients while explaining the remediation process Able to interpret and execute mold assessments Experience with water mitigation, and demolition Able to lift 25+ LBS Able to maintain and service remediation equipment Able to maintain inventory Compliance with OSHA, EPA and company standards Mold remediation/ water mitigation certifications preferred (not required) Proficient with a cell phone to document all work performed
