IICRC WATER AND MOLD TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a qualified Mold / Water / Fire EMS Technician for the Mobile / Pensacola area. You must have a great eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have verifiable work experience, in water and mold remediation. You will be working as part of a field team to satisfy homeowners. We offer paid time off, as well as Benefit plans for your review. Position qualifies for Bonus and Commissions for after hour calls. Responsibilities Read and understand the work assignment to fully grasp requirements to satisfy the customer. Moisture Mapping Sketching Use of MICA Use of 24 Hour Reports Take measurements and calculate the size and quantities of materials needed. Maintain daily log sheet of work performed at various locations. Keeps Project Manager updated with progress of the job. Available Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. / On Call We are a 24/7 emergency services company. After hour calls will be required. Willingness to Travel for CAT Events. Skills Experience in Water and Mold Mitigation with supporting documentation. Experience with Emergency Board Ups and Roof Tarps. Experience with Drywall repairs and Painting Experience in General Carpentry Repairs Customer Focused Precision Demo of building materials as required. IICRC Certified (required) Ability to read documents and drawings Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times Good knowledge of
