Reporting to the Production Supervisor. Fiberglass Mold detailing utilitzes power tools & DA sanders, buffers, grinders and cut off wheels. Prior gel coat experience, including but not limited to mold re-spray and patching. Prior experience in patching and repairing the various defects associated with the manufacturing of molds. Work with hand buffer, compounds and pastes to bring product finish to meet quality standards. Ability to see imperfections in mold that need to be repaired Attention to detail and high quality standards. Hard working and dependable. Must possess good dexterity and utilize proper lifting techniques. Requirements § Candidates must be able to multitask and be versatile in their daily duties § Follow verbal and written directions § Work in a team setting § Be self-motivated § Must be able to work in a fast paced environment § Stand for duration of shift § Lift 40 lbs. consistently throughout the entirety of shift §
Physical Activities:
bend, squat, crawl, walk, climb, descend, twist, kneel, stoop, and work in these positions on uneven surfaces § Work over time when needed § Prior experience with vacuum/resin infusion and lamination is preferred but will train the right individual based on other prior experience and credentials Benefits include: holiday pay, vacation pay, 401K, health insurance and ancillary insurance.
