Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Mold Changer to join our team on 1st shift , with the flexibility to move to 3rd shift once we expand to a three-shift operation. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, installing, and optimizing injection molds and associated equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up molds and auxiliary equipment for optimal performance Troubleshoot mold and processing issues for quality and efficiency Develop and document optimal parameters and processes Interpret part drawings and adjust settings accordingly Work with cross-functional teams including customers, engineers, and quality Train machine operators on molding operations and best practices Operate forklifts, install and program robotics and end-of-arm tooling Maintain mold protection and cycle parameters Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow IQMS, ISO, and internal standards

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Mold or Process Technician Proficient in pulling and setting injection mold tools Skilled in decoupled processing and scientific molding practices Experience with moisture analyzers and various engineering-grade resins Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and quality Excellent communication and documentation abilities Willingness to work overtime and future night shifts Why Join Us?
