Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking individuals who are certified in water restoration and mold remediation (or willing to get certified). Industry experience is preferred but not required—we’ll provide training for the right candidates. This is a hands-on role that requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work in challenging environments (including PPE and hazardous material removal). Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with mold remediation and water damage restoration.
• Perform tasks including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and containment.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to safety guidelines.
• Use various tools (power and hand).
• Maintain workspaces, tools, and company vehicles.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Document job progress and report issues.
• Travel to multiple job sites (a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required).
• Company vehicle provided during work hours
• Be available for occasional on-call work.
• Wear PPE provided by the company during all necessary tasks.

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Required)

Schedule:

• Monday
• Friday, 8:00 AM
• 4:30 PM
• Be available for on-call work as needed.
• 8-hour shifts with overtime available during peak seasons
• Daily morning meetings in

Clearwater Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities
