KIK:
  • We’re seeking an experienced and safety-focused 1 st Shift Lead Blow Mold Operator to oversee daily blow molding operations and drive quality, efficiency, and team performance.

In this hands-on role, you’ll operate and maintain blow mold machinery, train operators, perform basic maintenance, and ensure all equipment runs smoothly. You’ll lead quality checks, adjust trimming machines and cooling beds, and manage bag/debag tables with precision.

  • What You’ll Be Doing:
  • + Lead and perform daily blow mold operations, including setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting + Conduct routine quality checks and maintain accurate production and compliance documentation + Operate and maintain blow mold equipment, bag/debag tables, cooling beds, and trimming machines + Perform basic equipment maintenance and enforce all safety protocols, including Lock Out Tag Out and OSHA standards + Maintain clean, hazard-free work areas and manage waste oil/wastewater in compliance with safety guidelines + Train and support team members to meet production and quality performance goals + Ensure full compliance with GMPs, KIK policies, and hazardous materials procedures + Understand HDPE material properties and ensure all output meets QA and company standards •
What You’ll Bring:
  • + High School Diploma or GED + 3 years of hands-on experience in blow mold production; Uniloy and Parison programmer experience strongly preferred + 2 years of people leadership experience + Experience in starting up machines, performing mold changes, and adjusting programmable parison heads + Familiar with material compounding, mixing, and maintaining grinders + Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt in a fast-paced environment •What You Will Get•KIK offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including health, wellness, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
