Grinder Operator & Shop Attendant 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Maysville, GA 30558 We are currently seeking skilled Grinders to join our team. The Grinder will be responsible for operating different industrial handheld grinders such as: Die grinders and End grinders, to grind, polish, and buff metal pieces to the specified dimensions and finish. Must have prior grinder experience.

• Must have steel toe shoes
• Monday-Friday 6am-4:30pm-with possible overtime on Saturdays

• Duties:

• Set up, operate, and maintain grinding machines
• Grind and smooth surfaces of metal parts prior to finishing
• Inspect finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
• Assemble parts as needed
• Work with sheet metal materials
• Utilize hand tools for grinding tasks

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Grinder or in a similar role
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
• Knowledge of assembling parts accurately
• Familiarity with sheet metal work
• Experience in welding is a plus
