Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair molds Disassemble, clean, and assemble extrusion blow molds Bench work, hand grinding, matching, and polishing Laser and tig welding Use of manual mills, lathes, drill press, surface grinder, etc. Ensure molds are cleaned, deburred, and that all bolts are tightened properly during assembly of the mold
Qualifications:
Familiarity with hand tools such as Allen wrenches, hammers and screwdrivers Experience reading blueprints & drawings Thoroughness and attention to detail Mechanically inclined with an understanding of math Ability to use all precision measuring devices Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
