Must-haves:
A Degree In Engineering would be great. Manager is open to someone with a high diploma, but must have some sort of hands-on experience. Someone who has a hobby of working with machines would be great. Someone with hands-on experience Must be detail-oriented. Experience working with microscopes. Interviews will be done in person only•only 1 round. 0-2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
Operate injection molding machinery. Perform optical tool inspection and assembly. Handle molding automation operations. Conduct mold cosmetic inspections. Fully comply with Data Integrity procedures and requirements. Observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Health, Safety, and Environment Standards.
Requirements:
No experience required; candidates with relevant work experience will have an advantage. Flexible with shifts (early or late). Able to carry up to 50 lbs. Able to understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other training materials.
