Blow Mold Technician VIP Employment Solutions Ayer, MA 01432 We are seeking a skilled Blow Mold Technician on 2nd Shift in Ayer, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing the operation of PET blow molding machines, ensuring efficient production of high-quality plastic containers. This role requires in-depth knowledge of blow molding processes, machinery setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production optimization. Duties Set up and operate blow molding machinery according to specifications Monitor machine settings, temperature, and timing for optimal performance Trim, inspect, and regrind excess material for reuse Ensure product quality and accuracy through weighing and visual checks Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area Qualifications 1+ year of experience operating blow mold machines 1+ year in a manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for prolonged periods English fluency and basic mechanical skills
