This role involves setting up and adjusting machines, monitoring production processes, and ensuring product quality. Supervisory Responsibilities None Duties & Responsibilities Set up and operate molding machines according to specifications and work instructions. Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications. Inspect finished parts for defects and take corrective actions as needed. Perform routine maintenance on molding machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions. Assist in the setup and changeover of molding machines. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow all safety and company policies and guidelines. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skill/Abilities Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes, tooling, and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance. Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Thorough attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to complete reports. Ability to pass a background screen. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of five years of experience in the plastic injection molding field is preferred/required. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping. Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time. Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
