We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sweeper/Scrubber Machine Operator to join our team in Shelby, NC. This role is perfect for someone looking to pick up part-time hours during the week. You will be responsible for operating industrial cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

Operate floor sweeper and scrubber machines safely and efficiently Perform basic maintenance and daily inspections of cleaning equipment Maintain cleanliness in designated areas such as aisles, production floors, and loading docks Follow all safety guidelines and protocols Report any equipment or facility issues to supervisor

Requirements:

Prior experience operating industrial cleaning machines is preferred but not required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be dependable with excellent attendance Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift
