Shift:

Rotating shift Red or Blk 12 hrs.- Need to be able to work standing up for 11.5 hours (7pm-7am) or (7am-7pm). 2-2-3 schedule- works 3 days one week and 4 days on another week which means you will work weekends every other week.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate slitter machinery to meet production, quality, and waste standards Keep accurate and up-to-date production reports Identify and address equipment malfunctions Handle raw materials and prepare them for processing Label, document, and manage process waste and recyclables Load and unload paper rolls Ensure production quantities meet customer needs Follow safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:

Minimum one year of machine operator experience (slitter experience is a plus) Able to stand for 11.5+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable interpreting measurements and reading specs Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends every other week Strong attendance and punctuality record Able to follow plant policies and procedures
