The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining plastic injection molds for various production processes, ensuring optimal operation and quality of molded products. This position requires a strong understanding of molding techniques and the ability to work with precision tools and machinery. We offer a work-life balance and great benefits Work schedule- 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday Starting pay dependent on level of experience Duties Set up and adjust molds for plastics injection molding Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate mold settings. Conduct routine maintenance on molds and equipment to prevent downtime. Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize production efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. Document mold setups, adjustments, and maintenance activities accurately. Experience Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in mold setting Familiarity with plastics injection molding processes is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to mold settings Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
