Your Daily Adventures:

Interpret job specifications to optimize machine adjustments and material needs. Engage with CAD systems to generate necessary components for mold and fixture upkeep. Precisely replicate parts in the absence of digital blueprints. Utilize measurement tools to fine-tune machines and fixtures to exact standards. Lead tooling preparations and insert replacements according to the production schedule. Diagnose and resolve injection mold difficulties. Continuously support active mold production processes. Detect and address tooling issues during mold observation. Verify mold dimensions for machine accuracy. Ensure all incoming molds meet operational standards. Conduct daily checks on cranes and associated gear. Execute routine maintenance on all tools and molds. What Makes You a

A high school diploma/GED is mandatory. An optimal candidate boasts a one-year technical certificate plus three years of machine shop tenure, though equivalent education and experience combinations are equally considered. Proficiency in operating a surface grinder within precise tolerances is essential. Capability to maneuver an overhead crane and forklift is required. Competent in interpreting micrometers and comprehending CAD schematics.
