Job Description :

Responsible for setup and operation of welded tube mill. Responsible for quality, production, scrap, and basic maintenance. Adjust basic tooling and holding fixtures on machines. Perform visual inspection of parts to identify defects, burrs, and damage. Loading and unloading of assigned machine(s). Preparation of raw materials. Observation of machine operation to detect part defects or machine malfunction and report any issues to Team Leader/Supervisor. Responsible for basic housekeeping and safety of work area. Qualification Summary One year previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Good mechanical aptitude. Experience with tools used in changeover. Experience with use of precision measuring equipment (Gauges, Calipers, and Micrometers) Demonstrated ability to follow basic work instructions. Must possess basic data entry and computer skills. Demonstrated ability to perform basic math. Demonstrate proficient manual dexterity and hand eye coordination. Ability to see details at close range to inspect for part conformity and defects. Ability to stand for extended periods of time operating machines. Ability to bend, stretch, and twist. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Educational Requirements Needed to Perform the Duties of the
