Key Responsibilities Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage restoration Deconstruct, clean, dry, and disinfect affected structures and personal property Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers Communicate clearly with the team and update job progress Maintain clean equipment, vehicles, and a professional appearance Assist with job-site management and accurate documentation Follow all safety and company protocols Qualifications Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills Basic math and problem-solving abilities High school diploma or GED, military background valued but not required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no accidents/tickets in the past 3 years) Ability to pass a background check (as required by law) Available for on-call rotation, including evenings/weekends Experience in restoration or construction is a plus (but not required — we train!)
