- they are looking for someone who has experience troubleshooting, changing out and replacing worn dyes, and shutting down / starting up machines.
Work from blueprints and drawings. Will be operating extruder machines, loading parts into machine, making sure lines are running, and troubleshooting machines when need be. Moving and lifting objects up to 35 lbs. Walking and standing on concrete for 8+ hours a day.
Additional Requirements:
Determine setup procedures Reel extruded products into rolls or reels Specify lengths and weights of rolls or reels Replace worn dies Set controls to regulate vacuum, air pressure, sizing rings and temperature Synchronize speed of extrusion
