Key Responsibilities:

As a Moulder Operator Associate , you’ll play a vital role in our remanufacturing process.

Your duties will include:

Run wood stock through the molder according to specific profiles. Inspecting finished material for quality and accuracy. Completing records, including quantity, footage, profile type, and customer information. Monitoring machinery during production to ensure optimal performance. Examining wood stock for defects and verifying size and specification compliance. Bundling and packaging customer orders to meet quality standards. Organizing completed orders for shipment in designated areas. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Replenishing supplies and supporting team members as needed. Reporting any issues or concerns to supervisor promptly. Following all safety guidelines to promote a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with safety procedures related to moulders/shapers. Understanding of various wood species and lumber sizing. Strong basic math skills. Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US. Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. Team-oriented with excellent communication and a positive attitude. Willingness to work in varying temperatures and conditions.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs. Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing throughout the shift. Frequent reaching above shoulder height and below the waist.
