Injection Molding Technician WissenPro LLC Rochester, NH 03867 Senior Process Engineer –
Rubber Molding Key Qualifications:
Rubber Experience :
Hands-on expertise with rubber materials (Natural, SBR, Nitrile, Silicone, HNBR, etc.).
Machine Proficiency :
Setup, operation, and troubleshooting of Injection and Compression Molding machines (Transfer Molding also essential).
Process Knowledge :
Strong understanding of rubber molding processes.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
Independence :
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with frequent mold/job changes.
Education :
Degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
Work Split :
50% Troubleshooting | 50% Process Control, Development & NPI.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$90,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
