A little about the position:

Job Summary Removing and installing molds, nozzles and related auxiliary equipment on structural foam machines.

Some of What You Will Do:

+ Will be required startup operations and shutdown plant + Ensure good quality of product + Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and repair + Maintain replacement part inventories for mold change components (i.e. Nozzle assemblies, hose, etc) + Inspect mold after production for wear and/or damage and advise supervisor of needed repairs + Rebuild or replace worn or broken mold change components as needed + Perform daily mold maintenance checks (i.e. Condition of nozzle assemblies, Mold Clamps, Hose Connectors, etc.) + Adjust machine settings for proper run after mold adjustments as required + Perform all work in a neat, clean and safe manner + Perform all other duties as directed by supervisor What You Bring to the

(Qualifications) + High School diploma or GED + Must have excellent communication skills + Must have good interpersonal skills + Must have own set of hand tools. + Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge + Knowledge of crane operations and rigging + Fork truck certification is required + Ability to be on call and work overtime as needed + Some heavy lifting required Why should you come work with Us?
