You’ll play a key role in mitigating damage caused by mold and water in both residential and commercial buildings. This is a physically demanding position that involves using hand and power tools to remove damaged materials, ensuring properties are restored to a safe and habitable condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mold remediation by safely removing damaged drywall, studs, and other materials from affected areas.
• Operate various hand and power tools to complete restoration tasks with precision and care.
• Move and manage equipment used in restoration processes, occasionally lifting and transporting heavy items.
• Provide clear, professional communication with clients, outlining the scope of work and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Ensure timely and quality completion of each project while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift/transport restoration equipment as needed.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in restoration, construction, or mold remediation is a plus, but not necessary.
