Key Responsibilities:

Production Operation

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines during production
• Inspect finished plastic parts for defects (flash, sink marks, dimensions)
• Adjust machine settings to maintain consistent quality
• Troubleshoot and report machine issues quickly Quality Control
• Perform regular quality checks using basic measurement tools
• Record production data accurately
• Report quality concerns to shift supervisor Maintenance & Safety
• Keep workstation clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE guidelines
• Report maintenance needs immediately

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience operating injection molding machines (preferred)
• Ability to detect quality issues and maintain high standards
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
