Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable and detail-orientedMolding Operator to support production for one of our top clientsin the manufacturing sector. This temp-to-perm opportunity isperfect for candidates who are quality-focused and enjoy hands-onwork in a clean, fast-paced environment. As a Molding Operator,you’ll be responsible for operating molding machines, inspectingparts, packaging products, and maintaining documentation inaccordance with ISO 9001 and

ISO 13485

standards. Your role will beessential in ensuring each part meets the high-quality expectationsof our client.

Shift Time:

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Mon. – Fri.

Pay:

$20.00/Hr.

Responsibilities:

Perform visual inspections of moldedparts based on the Quality Plan. Operate assigned molding machinesaccurately and efficiently. Use tools such as sidecutters or CNCmills for secondary operations as required. Package finishedproducts per specified packaging standards. Maintain a clean andorganized work area within the molding cell. Refill materialhoppers to ensure continuous machine operation. Accurately recordrejected parts, shift notes, and hours worked. Provide backupsupport for other operators during breaks or as needed. Follow allcompany procedures and quality documentation requirements. Performother tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Additional Duties (as applicable): Assist with material handling tosupport molding operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma orequivalent required. Prior experience in molding, manufacturing, oroptical inspection is preferred. Strong visual acuity and keenattention to detail. Ability to follow both verbal and writteninstructions precisely. Team player with a solid work ethic andstrong sense of accountability. Familiarity with

ISO 9001/ISO

13485quality systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to standfor prolonged periods during the shift. Capable of lifting andmoving materials up to [insert weight, e.g., 35-50] pounds .Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and inenvironments with occasional noise, dust, or fumes.

WorkingConditions:

Work is performed in a clean, climate-controlledmanufacturing facility. May be exposed to standard industrialconditions including noise, dust, and moving machinery.
