Responsibilities:

Set up and operate injection molding machines Monitor the production process and adjust machines as necessary Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards Perform routine maintenance on machines Follow safety regulations and company policies Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as an injection mold operator or similar role Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time Must have reliable transportation
