We’re looking for a highly skilled professional with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mold making to build high-precision, tight-tolerance components that power some of today’s most demanding industries — all in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

What You’ll Do:

• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to produce mold components
• Operate manual and CNC metalworking machines for fabrication
• Measure, mark, and cut metal stock with precision
• Fit and assemble parts to exact tolerances
• Disassemble, maintain, and reassemble mold frames
• Troubleshoot molds for defects and oversee necessary repairs
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in mold making or precision tooling
• Apprenticeship in Mold Making (in progress or completed)
• Injection molding or plastics industry background (strongly preferred)
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong math and technical skills
• Self-motivated and dependable, with a team-focused mindset
• Safety-first attitude with a commitment to cleanliness and quality
