The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and fabrication, with experience in plastics blow molding and lean manufacturing practices. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with various tools and machinery. Responsibilities Operate and maintain machining equipment including lathes and press brake machines. Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure product specifications are met. Fabricate components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to logic controllers and other machinery. Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste in production processes. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment. Experience Proven experience in machining, fabrication, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with plastics blow molding processes is a plus. Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Experience with logic controllers is desirable. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is beneficial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
