Perform mold inspections and air quality testing Identify and assess areas of mold growth Safely perform mold remediation and treatment Follow up with reports, photos, and documentation Work with tenants and property managers to coordinate access
Requirements:
Must be a licensed or certified mold technician Own tools and reliable transportation Experience in residential mold remediation Able to work independently and complete jobs on schedule Must be insured (preferred)
