Job Summary:
The Wrapper Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining packaging equipment to ensure efficient production and product quality in a bakery environment. This role supports food safety, performs quality checks, and participates in sanitation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.

Understands, or Asks Set up and operate wrapping machinery to ensure smooth production flow. Monitor product quality, perform regular checks, and document results. Load wrapping film, verify code dates, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Clean and sanitize equipment during and after production. Support product changeovers and assist team members as needed. Follow food safety and quality standards; report any issues immediately. Participate in training, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be at least age 18 High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment Ability to train others and support cross-functional teams. Dependability and capacity to work with limited supervision.
