Mold Setup Technician | $20-24/hr | 2nd and 3rd Shift Available / Overtime!! Holland Sharpe Murfreesboro, TN 37127 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Tooling Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing tooling and molding equipment to ensure high-quality production performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure equipment runs quality parts at the proper speed and sequence Repair or replace worn tooling and perform PMs Troubleshoot, rebuild, and align tooling and document work performed Support changeovers and train team members on tooling handling Work with blueprints, manuals, and precision measuring tools Maintain spare parts and manage supplies through the P.O. system Assist in new process setups using scientific molding tools Maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards in the work area Assist Set-Up Technicians and support production as needed Communicate effectively with peers and management

Qualifications:
