The ideal candidate will have experience operating manual lathes to produce precision metal components that meet our stringent quality standards. This role is crucial in supporting our custom conveyor system projects across various industries, including automotive, aerospace, and defense.
Duties Machining Operations:
Set up and operate manual lathes to machine parts according to specifications, blueprints, and drawings.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Make adjustments as necessary to maintain precision and accuracy. Attention to
Detail:
Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the machining process to ensure the highest quality of work.
Tool Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on lathes and other machining equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Safety Compliance:

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of machining operations, including setup sheets, inspection reports, and production logs.
