TheEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist is responsible foruploading and maintaining accurate ERP product data to optimizekitchen processes and streamline inventory management, costcontrol, production planning, and recipe management for the metrofood production facility.•Sage X3 ERP experience preferred•FoodManufacturing experience required

Responsibilities:

Work withinternal stakeholders to drive efficiency, quality, and accuracy ofERP master data. Continuously assess product data through the usageof exception reports to ensure ERP data quality and integrity, rootcausing any issues and communicating with all relevant departments.

Participate in the change order process and new productintroduction, taking responsibility for ERP-related activities.

Provide input and guidance on the most efficient ways to structurechange requests as they relate to the release and maintenance ofdata in the ERP system. Provide ERP training/support forproduction, inventory and QC team members Ensure ERP supports fullproduct traceability and facilitates rapid response for auditingneeds. Participate in continuous cycle counting and yearlyinventory audits and report on discrepancies. Generate and reporton inventory control metrics such as actual vs. theoretical usage,including stockouts and cycle count accuracy. Support theimplementation of our manufacturing processes and systems andcollaborate with Facility Leadership to support kitchen operationsand corresponding requirements. Generate reports to help FacilityLeadership make informed decisions. Ensure data accuracy andcompliance with food safety regulations within the ERP environment.

Become a subject matter expert on the ERP system, understanding itsconfigurations, modules, and best practices. Maintain comprehensiveknowledge of, and ensure compliance with, relevant regulatory rulesand standards, including Occupational Safety and HealthAdministration (OSHA), US Department of Agriculture (USDA), StateDepartment of Agriculture, Hazard Analysis and Critical ControlPoint (HACCP), Food Safety and Modernization Act (FSMA), Americanswith Disabilities Act (ADA), Department of Labor, Health andSanitation regulations, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), andWeights and Measures. Establish and maintain collaborative andproductive working relationships with Store Support teams andOperational Areas supported by Facility Leadership. Foster apositive work environment of outstanding teamwork and mutualrespect.

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Information Technology,Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and ERPexperience within a food manufacturing facility. 18 monthsexperience within a food production environment and 6 months ofsupervisory experience in the food manufacturing industry. Strongunderstanding of Sage X3 ERP system or similar ERP systems,including finance, inventory management, procurement, andproduction planning modules. Hands-on experience with ERPimplementation, customization, and maintenance is highly valued.

Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Basic understanding ofmanufacturing operations, supply chain management, environmentalhealth and safety, and OSHA. Strong computer skills; proficiency inselect Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); andability to learn custom applications. Understanding of financialsand Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. Ability to work well withothers, self-motivated, and capable of working independently withlittle supervision. Ability to work a flexible schedule based onthe needs of the facility, including nights, weekends and holidaysas required. Ability to build strong partnerships with keystakeholders. Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions:

Must adhere to company dress code, standardsof production kitchen dress, and personal protective equipment(PPE). Must be able to perform the essential functions of the jobwith reasonable accommodation.

bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. Exposure toFDA-approved cleaning chemicals.

Exposure to temperatures:

90degrees Fahrenheit. Ability to work in wet and dry conditions. The wage range for this position is $27.00-$45.50 Hourly,commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers “WholeBenefits”.
