As an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist on our manufacturing team, you will be pivotal in guiding peers while significantly reducing production interruptions and enhancing quality and efficiency. Consider a day in this role: Mentoring Maintenance Technicians/Electro-Mechanics as well as production staff. Addressing, fixing, and executing corrective measures on all production tools, handling challenges in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control domains. Contributing to enhancements in maintenance strategies and systems (Preventative, Corrective, Predictive, and Inventory). Collaborating on technical initiatives for process advancements and updates; drafting and updating SOPs. Refining manufacturing gear and protocols to achieve collective strides in product excellence, output, yield, and cost efficiency.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALCON SUCCESS

Completion of a High School education or comparable qualification. Fluency in English for reading, writing, comprehension, and dialogue. Availability for 36 – 48 work hours weekly: 6:30 AM/PM to 6:30 PM/AM EST on a 12-hour rotating schedule. No travel obligations.
