Description:
Primary Responsibilities:

? Quality responsibilities o Manage and perform Quality tasks. o Review and improve quality processes. Revising/creating new quality processes as required. o Conduct a weekly failure analysis meeting with appropriate personnel to discuss where and why failures occurred and corrective action steps to be implemented. o Review and communicate internal and external RMA’s and corrective action required. o Issue reports on environmental and UV external testing as required. ? Engineering responsibilities o Control and update bill of materials o Setup new part numbers o Create setup Documents / videos o Create troubleshooting videos o Setup and coordinate meetings on new Part Numbers between internal and external Sales, Production, Quality, and Shipping. o Help Implementing new product development process. ? Maintenance responsibilities o Perform/organize ongoing facility and equipment maintenance and repairs. Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on all plant equipment. o Schedule / Perform preventive maintenance. Utilize CMMS software.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

1. Mechanically inclined (Hands on) 2. Ability to learn a wide skill set to include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pneumatics and hydraulics, Thermoplastics, Fabrics. 3. Ability to work well with others. 4. Ability to communicate well, both verbally and written. 5. Working knowledge of Excel. 6. Knowledge or willing to learn 3D CAD (SolidWorks) 7. Preferred Knowledge of factory safety (OSHA) and environment (EPA) procedures. 8. Must be available to work off shifts as required. 9. Must be willing and able to climb ladders or work from elevated platforms as necessary. 10. Ability to operate a forklift or scissor lift. Typical Duties and Essential Responsibilities
