Long Description Skills and Qualifications Qualifications 15+ years of experience in Process Industry or consulting/solutioning for Process Industry. Strong understand of end-to-end Process Manufacturing value stream and experience of working across various functions either to manage them or deliver transformational solutions. Expertise in process floor and extended supply chain challenges in process industry. Previous body of publication work in process manufacturing is preferred. Educational background in Process/Controls/Instrumentation Engineering is preferred. Formal management education is a plus. Experience in selling and delivering consulting projects in process manufacturing. Proven record of interacting with process manufacturing leaders and delivering transformational solutions to them. Consistent experience in consulting functions with understanding of software solutions. ͏ Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $190,000 to $265,000.
