Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced EBS Manufacturing (MFG) Consultant for an onsite role in the Rocky Mount, NC area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various manufacturing modules and support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Manufacturing Module Expertise:
o 2 to 3 years of experience with MFG modules such as WIP, BOM, Costing, Engineering, Inventory, Quality, WMS, and MRP/MPS.
2.
Supply Chain Management Knowledge:
o Basic understanding of SCM modules.
3.
Collaborative Work Environment:
o Ability to work flexibly with offshore, onsite, and remote resources.
o Establish and maintain effective communication channels.
4.
Support Process Experience:
o Proven experience with support processes.
5.
ServiceNow Ticketing Tool:
o Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
6.
Planning Modules:
o Knowledge of planning modules like ASCP is an advantage.
7.
On-Site Customer Interaction:
o Prior experience in customer-facing roles on-site.
