Without you, production stands still. Become the lifeline of our manufacturing engineering efforts. Daily Goals & Tasks Designing and certifying complex setups for NC machinery. Mentoring staff in intricate machine operations. Solve technical snags in manufacturing processes. Implementing and leading process upgrades. Contribute to part and revision modelling. Support Manufacturing Engineers in holistic project leadership. Provide guidance to peers to meet standard and beyond outcomes. Inventory management for the tool crib. Assist in schematic designs to enhance equipment layout for operational efficiency. Absolute tidiness and organization in the work area. Deliver excellence in every work output. Show flexibility and assist across departments where necessary. Experience & Skills Minimum high school degree, additional qualifications favorable. At least five years in manufacturing, with lean methodologies increasing desirability. Operational prowess in NC Machines essential; experience in VMC or HMC beneficial. Deep understanding of basic digital tools and math techniques. Comprehend and process technical drawings seamlessly. Adaptability to fruitfully thrive in a fast-paced workshop. Strong collaboration skills required. Conversational skill in English necessary. Physical Aspects Meet the physical demands of the role: Continual lifting of weights between 20-50 lbs. Engagement in prolonged physical activities including standing and twisting. Extensive walking over varied terrain each shift. Strong eyesight, with corrective eyewear supported. Precision in using hands and fingers. Stay adaptable under outdoor and indoor conditions, experiencing a variety of environmental nuances, mechanical noise, and industrial exposures. •
