Permanent Continuous Improvement Expert – Quality Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and leading transformative change within a dynamic plant environment? We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the pivotal role of Plant Quality Transformation Leader. In this role, you will be at the forefront of implementing Engineer-to-Order (ETO) standard processes, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement. You will play a key part in driving the plant’s success and achieving operational objectives. - Responsible for implementing Quality fundamentals to the site in alignment with Schneider Production System
- Implement the ETO standard processes in the plant for the complete scope of Quality & Customer Satisfaction
o Coach & educate the plant CS&Q staff on standard processes value.
o Ensure the proper support (training, coaching) during the deployment phases.
o Challenge the status quo and develop the SPS spirit (curiosity, can do attitude, fail fast and try again, benchmark, best practices sharing, etc…).
- Develop & establish acceptable standards with defined limits of variation in quality of the material, size, weight, finish or other characteristics for goods or services, and maintain these standards.
o Make the SPS a CS&Q animation system in plant.
o Define the yearly ambition with Plant GM and follow up the plant improvement plan. - Implement operational techniques and perform activities aimed both at monitoring a process and at eliminating causes of unsatisfactory performance at relevant stage of the quality loop
o Control plan robustness
o Focus on high RPN & customer return - Follow up the C&SQ transformation action plan to cope with plant objectives and deliver the results.
o Focus on the critical improvements and make sure the momentum is there to deliver the expected results.
o Support the CS&Q manager to perform the necessary changes.
o Alert the Plant transformation leader in case of deviation vs the plan. What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in leadership role in CS&Q / Operations
- End to End view with the ability to define and deploy standard processes for all plant functions.
- Strong ability to influence and convince stakeholders. Resilient and curious.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results – solid network management
- Team player – Team builder (functional leadership)
