Per Diem When Travel Required; Company Vehicle Provided Summary As a Paving Plant Operator, you will be integral to the construction process, responsible for operating heavy equipment and ensuring the efficient production of paving materials. Reporting to the site supervisor, your core skills in heavy equipment operation, concrete mixing, and paving will be essential for maintaining high-quality standards. Your mechanical knowledge will aid in troubleshooting equipment issues, while your relevant experience with loaders, dump trucks, and concrete forming will enhance project efficiency. Join our team to contribute to successful construction projects and ensure the smooth operation of our paving plant. Duties will include but are not limited to: Overseeing material receipt, including stockpiling and inspection. Maintaining accurate records and timely reporting of job results including material usage, water content, production rates, and plant hours. Performing daily inspection and clean up of pugmill plants. Troubleshooting problems / issues as necessary and reporting to management in a timely manner Mechanical aptitude desired Will perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
